We are currently in a development phase and are strengthening our production in injection molding.

We are therefore looking for machine operators who want to work in a regulated manufacturing environment with high demands on quality, traceability, and process safety. The role is an important part of our daily production and suits you who thrive on structure, responsibility, and collaboration.

About the role

The role of machine operator is practical, varied, and central to our production. You will work closely with both the machines and your colleagues and play an important part in ensuring stable processes and high quality. The job involves both responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to improvements in daily operations.

Your main tasks include:

• Operating and monitoring injection molding machines in production
• Ensuring that production follows instructions, quality, and pace
• Performing simple adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
• Controlling and documenting quality according to applicable routines
• Working closely with colleagues in production as well as with quality and maintenance
• Contributing to order, safety, and continuous improvements

Your background

We are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment and takes responsibility for their work. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have an eye for quality. You enjoy structure, like to collaborate with others, and understand the importance of getting it right from the start.

We would like you to have:

• Experience as a machine operator in injection molding or other manufacturing industry
• Basic technical understanding and experience working with machines
• Ability to follow instructions, routines, and quality requirements
• A quality and safety-conscious work approach
• Availability to work shifts if needed
